Free · Self-paced · About 20 minutes a day

You can learn this. What's getting in the way is how your brain reads something new.

  • You see AI headlines every day and feel a knot in your stomach.
  • Your colleagues are using it, and you're still not sure where to start.
  • You've tried a few tutorials, but they move fast and assume you already know the basics.
  • You keep telling yourself you'll learn it someday.

Every change follows the same pattern. Something new shows up, your brain reads it as a threat, and you stall. That isn't a sign you can't do it. In this course, you'll work through that pattern with one real change, learning to use AI, and come out knowing how to think with it. The same approach works on the next change too.

Three modules, at your own pace.

Most people finish in one to two weeks, spending about 20 minutes a day. There's no deadline.

Module 1

Why AI Feels So Unsettling

It isn't about the technology.

  • Name the specific worry that's been holding you back
  • Understand why your brain treats AI as a threat, and why that's normal
  • A short personal reflection that turns invisible fear into visible awareness
  • Your starting AI Confidence Score, so you can see your progress
Module 2

Three Ways to Think With AI

You don't need to be technical.

  • Three skills: Navigator, Translator and Thinking Partner
  • Practice on a real situation from your own work, first without the skills and then with them
  • A printable AI Decision Guide to keep on your desk
Module 3

Build It Into Your Day

A few minutes every day does more than one long session now and then.

  • Ask AI one real question each day
  • A 30-Day Tracker, so you can see the habit building
  • Retake your AI Confidence Score and compare it with where you started

Decide what role AI plays before you ask.

A lot of AI training shows you which buttons to click, and the buttons change every few months. This course teaches three ways to work with any AI tool. Once you know which one fits the moment, AI starts to feel useful.

Navigator

You're in charge. AI offers options, and you decide which way to go.

Translator

AI turns your rough idea into something usable. You decide whether it's worth using.

Thinking Partner

You think out loud with AI. It doesn't hand you the answer. It helps you find yours.

A quick check on fit.

This is for you if…

  • You're good at your job and newer to AI
  • You know AI matters but don't know where to start
  • You've been putting it off
  • You want to understand the why before the how

It's not for you if…

  • You want a technical deep dive on prompts or coding
  • You want tutorials for one specific tool
  • You already use AI with confidence every day
